Domestic (USA) Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping rates: We offer free shipping within the United States for orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, after any discounts have been applied. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Fulfillment timing: Orders are generally fulfilled the next business day. Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday, so orders placed on Friday afternoon or the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday morning.

Fulfillment location: We fulfill orders from multiple locations, so we may need to ship some items separately. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  International shipping lead times can vary greatly and Matte Blaq Naturals is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

We do not ship to India, Kuwait, or the United Arab Emirates.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Matte Blaq Naturals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email support@matteblaq.com with your name, order number, and any pertinent details.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

15-Day Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you’re not satisfied with the product you purchased, we’re happy to work with you to find a replacement or provide a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Have a concern? Contact us, and we will work with you to figure it out.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@matteblaq.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
